Managing principals of the firm's 20-plus employees are A. L. Taber and F. P. Taber. A.L.Taber is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer. F. P. Taber is President, Chief Operations Officer and Director of Special Engineering Projects.

The Taber Consultants active professional staff includes five civil engineers and/or engineering geologists. Three are registered for practice as civil engineers (two with the geotechnical specialty), two are certified as engineering geologists.

The Taber Consultants technical staff of twelve-plus provides in-house drilling and sampling, field and laboratory testing, field instrumentation installation/monitoring and drafting services. Four other staff members primarily provide administrative and clerical support.

Experience level of all employees is high, especially with respect to projects typical of the Company's focused practice. The firm's specialty - - providing practical-approach geotechnical services on technically complex projects - - provides an excellent training environment for the younger staff. In addition, participation in extended learning opportunities is encouraged, both as instructors and students, and fosters continued professional growth at all levels.
